Abrar and I got to meet Muggsy Bogues at the CNE today! He signed our copy of Space Jam, the Space Jam Soundtrack and then gave us two autographed photos on top of that! He also was happy to take photos with the two of us.

Raptors Finally Break Their Losing Streak

Last night my Raptors broke out of their 8-game losing streak with the return of Andrea Bargnani. They won 99-96 against the Suns, which is a pretty big deal. The last time the Raptors beat the Suns, Jerryd Bayless was a senior in highschool!

So glad the boys are back.

My favourite Blue Jays were at the Raptors game I was at last night. I was more excited for them than for the Raps.. I may love basketball, but baseball now holds the key to my heart.

Last night I attended the Toronto Raptors home opener. I just Tumblr searched ‘Raptors’ hoping to find some good pictures of DeRozan or Bargnani.. instead my search resulted in dozens of pictures of Justin Bieber. Not cool. I mean, yes my heart did flutter a bit when I spotted him from my seat in the 500s, but the real focus should be on the fact that basketball and our shitty home team are back! I am so pumped for this Raptors season. I thought it was a bit much during the game when the MLSE staff tried to get Bieber to take a few free throws at the net during a time out. It was also really lame on their behalf that they presented Justin with a Bieber Raptors jersey on the jumbotron. I mean, let’s keep the focus on the Raptors please. It’s their night after all. Did anyone else see that Kardinal Offishall halftime performance? And the intro fireworks?! FUN!!
